Koinonia Primary Care Koinonia Primary Care is a medical practice in Albany, New York, dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care and mental health care in the spirit of the ministry of Jesus Christ, to a population that is underserved and underinsured. Koinonia is located in West Hill/Arbor Hill in the heart of inner city Albany. The facility opened on February 24, 2002 and is located on the third floor of a historic three-story, seventy-room building formerly owned by the Guardian Society.
