Transforming the West Hill Neighborhood With all that Koinonia has accomplished, we know that we’ve only begun to scratch the surface of what can and needs to be done. Our vision is to have more of a transformative effect on West Hill and the Capital Region of New York. We’d like to greatly expand the physical facilities of the practice and hope to move to the ground floor of the building we are currently in and extend the building beyond its current foot print, doubling the current floor space available. We hope to expand the services to include a laboratory and add x-ray capabilities. Our long-term goal is to add a dental clinic and a legal clinic to address the many other needs of the impoverished in the area, a daycare for children, and to have certified social workers available.
